This Privacy Policy describes how Gina Martiny, operating as ManiGinaM LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website maniginam.dev and our associated LinkedIn Company Page.

Who We Are

Information We Collect

• Usage data. When you visit maniginam.dev, we record aggregate pageview counts and referring hostnames in our own Cloudflare KV counter. We do not use Google Analytics.
• Information you send us. If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide (name, email address, message).
• Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and protect the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Cookies & Tracking

The public site does not use Google Analytics, an analytics cookie, or a consent popup. Its first-party page counter records aggregate counts on the server and does not require browser storage. Cloudflare may use essential security and hosting mechanisms to deliver and protect the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

LinkedIn Integration

We use the LinkedIn Marketing / Community Management APIs solely to publish our own content (posts and updates) to the maniginam.dev LinkedIn Company Page that we administer. This integration:

• Publishes content we author to our own Company Page.
• Uses OAuth access tokens issued to us by LinkedIn, stored securely and never shared with third parties.
• Does not collect, store, or process the personal data of LinkedIn members, followers, or other users.

Your activity on LinkedIn itself is governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

• To operate, secure, and improve maniginam.dev.
• To monitor aggregate pageview and referral counts and improve the site.
• To respond to messages and inquiries you send us.
• To publish our own marketing content to our LinkedIn Company Page.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors, each with its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare -- hosting, CDN, and security.
• LinkedIn -- Company Page publishing.
• Amazon Web Services -- backend automation and email delivery.

Data Retention

We keep aggregate pageview and referral counts for as long as they are useful for understanding site performance, and we retain messages you send us only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
